Discovery Fee — All Sales Final. The one-time $49.99 Discovery Fee is charged for investigation work performed and is earned upon purchase. All sales are final. The Discovery Fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
TaxApp Account Access & IRS Monitoring Subscription ($19.99/month). You may cancel your subscription at any time in your TaxApp portal settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not be charged for any billing period beginning after your cancellation. Charges already processed are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are provided for partial periods. Portal access continues through the end of the period already paid.
Service Fees. Fees for resolution, preparation, or other Services are governed by your Service Order and engagement agreement.
How to Cancel. Log in to your TaxApp portal → Settings → Cancel Subscription.
